Motorola PTX760Ex is an intrinsically safe, explosion-proof, two-way radio that complies with the MPT 1327 standard. The explosion-proof radio is processed by strict explosion-proof intrinsic safety technology without affecting the performance of the original machine, and is made into a fully intrinsically safe handheld wireless radio.
The PTX760Ex explosion-proof radio has two types of Exia II CT6 and Exia II BT6, which can be selected according to the place of use. Due to the high explosion-proof rating of this radio, it can be used in various explosion-proof places, including Zone 0.
This explosion-proof radio is suitable for use in places with inflammable and explosive atmospheres such as petroleum, chemical, steel, port, etc., and can be used in conjunction with a stand-alone unit or a base station host to form a wireless mobile communication system. It is easy to operate, ultra-thin and ultra-small structure, light weight, easy to carry and wide range of use. The high transmission power is achieved at a low power supply voltage, and thus the volume of the nickel-chromium battery pack is reduced, and the miniaturization of the entire machine is realized. With good call performance, and safe and reliable, it is an ideal wireless explosion-proof communication device.
Press the highly visible orange Emergency Button to initiate the organisation’s defined emergency communications procedure. Additional safety features include a speciallydesigned battery connection that prevents non ATEX approved batteries from being fitted to the radios. The lockable accessory connector plug features a tamper-proof screw to control the use of accessories.
MPT1327 is a signaling standard that defines an airborne open interface for voice and data services between walkie-talkie terminals and systems. The MPT1327 system manages network and radio users, synchronizes and sorts call requests, calls individuals and user groups, and performs maintenance calls.
Featuring the unique voice compression and expansion technology X-PAND, the PTX760Ex can listen in a variety of environments for lighter, clearer and more powerful voice quality, allowing users to communicate in noisy environments. In addition, the low-level extension technology can reduce the noise that occurs during the pause of the conversation, further improving the voice quality.
PTX760Ex provides the ability to transmit data directly from the radio or via the MAP27 data interface. The content information commonly used in the business can be pre-passed into 32 status messages for quick transmission. The radio can store up to 10 data messages, and use the corresponding modem device to transmit data packets of any length through the traffic channel. The MAP27 standard communication protocol allows remote control of radio functions from data devices.
PTX760Ex features wideband and programmable channel spacing (12.5/20/25KHz). The walkie-talkie functionality can be extended through an option board such as voice storage.
