Indonesian Samarinda State Government Has Set Up A Command Center Facility Or Emergency Control Center

On Tuesday (8/20/2019), the control center located next to the City Hall in Samarinda, Indonesia was completed.

Through facilities equipped with various applications, the government can directly monitor the status of the site, obtain the first site data, and pass the new software of the Panic Button based on the Android system phone.

Citizens can report fire accidents, landslides, accidents and other emergencies. The information reported will be verified by the officer of the command room and immediately forwarded to the relevant government agency. Such as the police, Satpol PP, firefighters of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD).

Currently, the city government will train citizens, who will coordinate reports through the panic button app.
